We are always looking for experienced Home Care Aides. The following is a list of requirements from all applicants.
- US Citizen or legal residency
- Valid social security number
- US driver’s license or ID
- Registered to Home Care Aide registry
- Live-scan (criminal background check) under Department of Social Services
- Health screening (TB test – negative result)
- First Aid /CPR Certificate
- Caregiving training
Pathfinder Health provides the experience Home Care Aides who support the needs of our clients and their love ones. If an applicant does not have any experience but is willing to be trained as a home Care Aides, please call our office to schedule a meeting with our training officers. If an applicant is not registered to Home Care Aide registry we can assist you to be registered providing us a credit card for payment.
Remember we are looking for Home Care Aides who is Compassionate, Patient, courteous, and most of all understanding in the needs of our clients.
