Case Manager

Our case manager is the person who makes the initial administrative assessment. They coordinate the entire care plan with the family and their personal care attendant.

Home Care Aides

The Home Care Aides is the person in our Home Care team who provides personal care services and assists in activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, feeding, exercise and many more according to the needs of the client. Will assists also in light housekeeping like cooking, light cleaning, laundry, vacuuming and dusting.

Training Officer

The training officer is responsible for training our Home Care Aides new applicant in the initial training session (Entry level) to gauge their physical and mental aptitude in dealing with various cases. We continuously do the annual training sessions to hone the skills of our Home Care Aides base on the requirements of Department of Social Services.

Quality Controller

The quality controller is the person who ensures that our screening process and ongoing training is being used effectively. They also enforce our high quality of service. We respect our clients rights to keep thier personal information private, in that case we send the client a survey in order to give them the opportunity to ask questions or leave messages.
