All potential staff members go through our initial training session to gauge their physical ability and mental aptitude in dealing with a variety of situations that our personal care attendants most commonly encounter.

We also hold yearly in-service sessions to hone the skills of our staff and introduce them to any new aspects in caregiving.

For both the initial and in-service training we have a full range of home care equipment for our staff to train and practice with. Our on-site training equipment includes: wheelchairs, hospital beds, commodes, walkers, sliding boards and other various hospital supplies that are needed in home care services.
